U screwed up a hairstyle I had when I said to not mess with the top and she cut the curls

Very frustrated!! I checked in on the app and it said 16 min wait time for my selected stylist. I leave my office to get to the store, less than 10 min drive, and when I walk in it says my wait is 27 min. I questioned why this was when I checked in and the person said that the stylist would be right out. I waited 10 more minutes and nobody came out. This is the second time this has happened to me with the online check-in at this location. I don't seem to have this issue at any other Sport Clips locations. Why have the online check-in if it doesn't work? I ended up going to Great Clips and got better service and paid less!

I have been going to the Sports Clips in Johnston for over 7 years, the staff always gives exceptional service, this review has nothing to do with the tremendously talented and friendly staff, it came to my attention that some changes were made with regarding haircuts charges, having served in the military, and even though it has been awhile ago, I still where my hair high and tight. I would go in one week and get a full hair cut and then the next week just the sides and bulk taken out. I would pay for a full one week and just my sides the next. I was informed recently that now I have to pay for a full hair cut one week and then for a full hair cut, even though I just want my sides done. I’m confused by paying the same price for two different services. Especially since they are located close to a military instillation, when soldiers are deployed or go into the field they generally cut there hair shorter for convenience, but when they are not in the field they keep the top a little longer. So I think it’s crazy for anyone to pay full price for half of the service, I have chose not to get my hair cut somewhere else only , because of the exceptional staff and the relationships that I have made within the store. I know this was not a decision made by them and should not reflect them at all. This was a decision made by owners. Very disappointed to pay full price for a service that I am not receiving.
